The State Entrance Examination - Uttar Pradesh Technical University (popularly known as UPSEAT or SEE-UPTU) is an annual college entrance examination in Uttar Pradesh for engineering, architecture, pharmacy and management courses. All the institutions affiliated to the UPTU admit new students by the centralized counseling done by the UPTU. The Private Institutions may, however admit 15% of the total intake directly. It is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
